Cancellations

Unfortunately we have found that we require a cancellation policy.

Last minute cancellations dilute the high standards of service that we can offer whilst still being competitive.

If you wish to cancel your course, or lower the amount of delegates, we ask for a minimum of one weeks notice prior to the course starting.

We regret that there will be a charge for courses, or places on courses, that are cancelled later than 10am one week before the booked start date.

Once again we would like to apologise for this being necessary and we have only introduced this as a last resort.
