First Aid Courses

We offer a full range of First aid courses, we are members of the Association of First Aiders and our courses are fully compliant for those that have a requirement for work purposes.

Annual Skills Refresher

This course is ideal for those people who already hold a First Aid certificate and wish to update and refresh their skills.
The HSE recommends First aiders to undertake annual refresher courses during the 3 years of their certificate.

Emergency Life Support

This course is designed for those people wanting the ability to calmly and safely handle an Emergency situation within everyday life; it is designed around the Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines and includes both theory and practical sessions.

Defibrillator Course

This course is for employees that already hold a current First Aid Certificate and require training in the principles and correct use of an Automatic External Defibrillator, These devices are now found more commonly in everyday areas such as supermarkets and train stations.

Emergency First Aid at Work
(For the purpose of complying with the Health and Safety at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981)

This course is ideal for people requiring working environment approved Emergency First Aid at Work status, usually in small to medium low risk workplaces, or as someone to assist your current nominated First aid at work person.

First Aid at Work 3 Day
(For the purpose of complying with the Health and Safety at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981)

This course is ideal for people requiring a more enhanced working environment approved Full First Aid at Work status, usually in medium to large premises or with higher risk workplaces, as an initial course or for someone that no longer holds a valid certificate.

First Aid at Work 2 Day Re-qualification
(For the purpose of complying with the Health and Safety at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981)

This course is ideal for people who currently hold a valid 3Day First Aid at Work certificate and need to renew it for another 3 years.
