Annual Skills Refresher
This course is ideal for those people who already hold a First Aid certificate and wish to update and refresh their skills.
The HSE recommends First aiders to undertake annual refresher courses during the 3 years of their certificate.
This is a 3 hour training course with a relaxed atmosphere that is designed to promote confidence and refresh the skills of your First aiders.
The syllabus includes:
- Basic Life support updates
- Skills practice
- Scenarios with live casualties
There is no formal examination within this course as it is designed to refresh the skills already learnt.
Cost
£40 per person when held at your venue, this is based on a course of 10.
Administrative Backup
We will provide you with early notification of any certificate expiry dates; this allows you the convenience and time to book staff and future courses with plenty of notice.
With our extensive experience of running Emergency Services exercises we can offer mini-exercises that are designed to refresh and challenge your First Aiders. We will issue a written report identifying all of the positives and development needs.
