Half Day Defibrillator Course

This course is for employees that already hold a current First Aid at Work Certificate and require training in the principles and correct use of an Automatic External Defibrillator, These devices are now found more commonly in everyday areas such as supermarkets and train stations.

Research has shown that sudden cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death in Europe, affecting about 700,000 individuals a year. Victims of sudden cardiac arrest can improve their survival rate by up to 75% if they are immediately attended by trained staff.
